Give tax cuts to those who ACTUALLY pay taxes.
If the "poor" paid more taxes they would be more concerned with how that money is spent.
As it is, they only want more taxes as they will benefit at others expense.
Maybe that is why the lefties hate the 10 Commandments, as in " Thou shalt not steal" and "Thou shalt not covet".
