This blog originally founded by Blogger who holds a theological degree and a doctorate in Counseling Psychology. Taught Psychology for 32 years and is now Professor Emeritus. Is a board-certified psychologist and was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award in his profession. Ministered as a chaplain, and pastored Baptist and Episcopal churches. Publications cover the integration of psychology and theology. Served in the Army, the Merchant Marines and the Peace Corps.

One of my son's friends is home for Christmas. He qualified for NAVY SEALS training and starts after the first. Just danged proud to know him.

Congratulation to your son Sark! To simply qualify for the SEALs is a major accomplishment in itself. SEALs is one of the best fighting units the world knows.

Johnny Rico- Slight correction, not my son going to BUD/S, it is his friend. But I am proud to know my son too. His freind, going to NAVY SEAL school (BUD/S), was raised by his grandparents (parents have drug problems), became Eagle Scout, played on the high school football team. He decided one day he wanted to be a NAVY SEAL. He's part of the way there.
