This is an example of an historically rouge agency that has run amuck. The ATF has been in controversial issues such as Waco, Ruby Ridge, and now this for years. They broke into a man's gun safe when he was not home, found nothing wrong, and left his home and his safe standing wide open along with a note saying they found nothing illegal and a copy of their search warrant. He received nothing for his damages. They stomped a lady's kitten to death when conducting another raid that proved fruitless. They killed a paraplegic man that was cleaning a black powder pistol when they broke in on him during a no knock search. In the last case, they kept is wife on the couch in her underwear while they fruitlessly searched for something illegal.
This agency needs to have oversight investigations into its conduct to see if it would not be wise to disband it.
It seems strange that we hear nothing about Border Patrol Agent Terry's murder at the hands of armed illegal alien bandits. Aside from the fact Border Patrol Agents were forced to take on armed bandits with "bean bag" rounds (a largely forgotten detail in a largely forgotten story), the gun used to kill Agent Terry was traced to a Phoenix Gun Shop. Now before you liberal fringe left extremist wackos (Socialist Sheep POVs, Yack, etc) start celebrating prematurely like you did with the Loughner shooting, be advised that this gun was knowingly sold to a known straw purchaser under the watchful eyes of ATF. You see, the Phoenix gun shop where this weapon was sold told the ATF about a suspicious individual buying large amounts of weapons that the gun shop believed were headed to Mexico.
This is where the story gets interesting. A gun writer by the name of David Codrea picked up the story after Agent Terry died and started asking questions about how the ATF could knowingly allow straw purchasers to buy weapons and send them to Mexico. The ATF snubbed Codrea's questions and appeared ready to win the cover up until Senator Grassely from Montana asked them the same questions. The ATF continued its silence which caused Senators Leahy and Lugar to ask questions (these two are liberals by the way). After that, CBS and FOX ran news stories on the what has been dubbed "Operation Gunwalker" in which the ATF has knowingly allowed thousands of guns into Mexico in order to pad the statistics for the purpose of gaining executive permission from Hussein Obama to begin the Long Gun Registry they so badly want.
Back to the death of Agent Terry. Agent Terry's parents didn't take their son's death nearly as serenly as Janet Napolitano wanted them to (she argued with them during Agent Terry's funeral over whether or not the border was controlled). Terry's parents are Patriots who refuse to accept weak excuses from Napolitano and Hussein Obama. Last week, three of the four bandits involved in their son's shooting were mysteriously deported to Mexico. In other words, they weren't charged in the death of Agent Terry. They won't say a peep about the fourth still in custody. Now why hasn't that made headlines? Cover up perhaps?
Everyone has questions on this case, but due to the ATF coverup, they will likely never be answered. The ATF has killed innocent civilians at Waco (dozens of women and children), Ruby Ridge (an 8 year ole boy and a woman holding a baby) and now they are responsible for the death of a Border Patrol Agent. When is this organization going to be disbanded?
Liberals are mum on this issue as they always are when law enforcement kills innocent citizens for no reason.
Agent Terry's death, like that of Agent Rosas in San Diego two years ago, is largely forgotten. They are casualties of a larger, more profound cover up of border issues in general.
Sark, have you heard the news in Texas? By 2050 Anglos will make up 30% of the population. You might want to start moving your family out of there before property values and wages decrease while crime and discriminhation increase.
Does anyone find it strange that the Mexican Goverment has come up with the assassians who killed the ICE agent a couple of weeks ago, and ATF has traced the gun used to three individuals in Texas. Those individuals were arrested today. In watching the Mexican assassians admitting their guilt on national television (Spanish channel), I found it amusing that they had marks, bruises and contusions on their faces. And we are going to believe the Mexicans arrested the correct individuals as well as the correct weapon? Civil Rights abuses in Mexico are a national sport for the police, and I could only help but feel sorry for the dumb paisanos (illiterate farmers) rounded up by the Mexicans and forced to confess. Their manner of speech and sentence construction was about as far away from a drug cartel assasian as one could imagine. But then again, what do the dumb gringos know - as long a someone is convicted Mexico will continue recieving FOREIGN AID in the form of billions of American taxpayer dollars.
Then you have a Border Patrol Agent shot, and the three illegal aliens central to the case were deported last week. The ATF traced the weapon used to kill Agent Terry to a gunshop, further finding the weapon was allowed to cross the border by, noneother than, the ATF. No arrests, no questions, no nothing. The ATF coverup is glaring and obvious. This is exactly how 80+ women and children are incinerated with nary a conviction or word uttered.
Why isn't Waco a mar on our history? 4 students at Kent State are shot, and it is still mentioned today. Women and children burned to a crisp by the dozens and silence.
Hard questions for our liberal friends. I guess this is why they avoided this thread like the plauge. LOL!!!
Johnny Rico- I visited Mt Carmel about a year ago. A chapel has been built on the site and a hand made memorial listing of all the victims is near the entrance. It was very hard to find as it is not actually in Waco, and there are, of course, no signs directing one to the site. TODAY. I was able to pull into the gate, ride up to the chapel, walk around the different memorials, and ride out with no one stopping me.
Still not a word on the guns used to kill Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. Yet, we hear much on the weapons supposedly used to kill the ICE agents a couple weeks back. Can someone say cover up?
This one is probably going to be swept under the rug just as was Waco and Ruby Ridge. The BATF is an organization of tax collectors. They neither need to be armed, participate in violent crime investigation, or have anything to do with international affairs. They really should be disbanded or have their funding cut to almost nothing.
The liberal press has been successful with their anti-gun propaganda for a long time. Fortunately this has and is changing. People are waking up.
Funny how the Liberal Socialist Sheep POVs support pedphiles, terrorists, other non-tolerat religions and yet have nothing to say when one of their own is killed and then covered up. This country is about finished. The class of the POVs is yet again upheld with this thread.

I see the liberals are too stupid, with their heads in the sand, to even begin talking about a real subject. LOL!!
OFF TOPIC:
Here is the debate on the castle doctrine by the N.C. senate. It is slightly over an hour long.

The final version is pretty watered down. Maybe it can be fixed in the House.

Someone is posting on the Watauga Watch blog using my ID.
It isn't me....although I have posted there and may do so again, the current posts by "NewGuy" are from someone else.
Sorry to hijack this thread...just wanted my friends her to know so as to avoid confusion.

Good Grief!
