ONE ON ONE: With Justice Paul Newby of the North Carolina Supreme Court

Conservative NC State Supreme Court  Justice Paul Newby is the pivotal conservative on the court and is up for reelection this year. I have heard him speak twice now and have had 2 brief conversations with him - I am convinced that one of the most important votes you can cast this November will be the one to keep him on the bench.

David Rogers of the Blowing Rock News has recently interviewed Justice Newby .....(the interview can be read here)...

Quote from article ..." I believe in judicial self-restraint.  If you want to change the law, you go to the legislature and you do not go and find some judge who is going to effectively change the law just because that is the way you want it to work."

We look forward to many more years of service from Justice Newby. If only there were more like Newby.
