Bon Voyage on Good Ship Obamacare

Obamacare.  Now the Dems have something they can all run on–taxes raised for those who can least afford it–IRS storm troopers chasing you down--the 17 million uninsured, still uninsured if states don’t have the money for Medicaid–mass confusion for business owners–doctors leaving the field as the mess deepens–1/2 trillion stolen from Medicare–insurance companies unable to support the new regulations such as preconditions and children until age 26–costs already rising–procedures already being denied–states already refusing to set up the exchanges--and best of all, the majority of Americans against it. Won’t Democrats have fun!

Rep. Virginia Foxx
REPEAL IS STILL A TOP PRIORITY. “This decision on its face establishes a number of troubling precedents our country will wrestle with for years to come. Among them, that government can compel its citizens, under threat of tax, to make purchases and decisions as though they were subjects, redefine the limits of federalism, and establish itself or its delegates as the unquestionable arbiters of patient care. The American people resoundingly disapprove of the President’s attempt to redefine the relationship between citizens and government in those terms, and I had hoped our Justices would see that our Constitution aggressively shields this foundational relationship from such federal expansion."

What's next, tax someone extra because they can't afford solar panels? Tax someone extra because they can't afford life insurance to take care of their final arrangements?

NewGuy said...

Sark....The Supreme Court has now said that the US Government can force you to buy life insurance in order to cover burial expenses. They have to call it a "tax" though...

I suppose the next thing will be do force everyone to buy a house - that will eliminate homelessness!

We're doomed.

You may be right, Wolf. If the Government chooses which laws in obeys and which it ignores AND keeps encroaching into people's personal freedoms; how long will it be until people decide to choose which of the rules of law they will obey and which they will ignore? This may lead to the anarchy of which MikeD is in favor, only it will be on the private level instead of the public.

The much perverted Commerce Clause has been replaced by the tax anything that moves clause.

Will the uneducated be taxed for not going to college because they couldn't afford it? Go to a government approved trade school or college or be taxed extra by the government.

Sarkazein said...

Remember the Marxist saying it is a lie to say one can go to jail for not getting their minds right and cooperating with Obamacare? Now that it is officially a tax, if you don't cooperate and pay for government approved health insurance the IRS will put you in jail, or lien on your home or attach you bank account.
There are 16,000 new IRS employees celebrating Marxism tonight.

Sarkazein said...

They are celebrating if someone has translated the news to them in their native language.

Hope and change. He promised both, and he brought both. Although conservatives may not agree with the type of hope and change he sequestered, they are missing the greater point. A far left, fringe left, liberal socialist sheep told you what he was going to do; rammed it through Congress; signed the bill; survived a legal challenge of the highest order; and went on national television today to gloat and proclaim victory. Don't forget this people. This is exactly what he did.

Folks, he delivered. He DID SOMETHING. Since he took office, I've been telling Repuplitard RINOs to DO SOMETHING. They are caught in a zombie-trance, incapable of doing anything. John Boehner and gang haven't done anything, kind of like the Watauga County Commissioners. Instead of grabbing back lost freedoms, they govern by telling us to enjoy what freedoms we have left. When the next liberal batch of socialists are elected, a little more freedom will be lost. The cycle favors the liberals as they are the ones gaining what they want.

Hats off to liberals. They are winning and winning big. RINOs deserve what they are getting, and so do the so-called conservatives. House Bill 111 is a prime example. HB111, also known as restaurant carry, finally reached a Republitard-controlled house and senate in NC. It suffered the exact same fate there as it did under a democratic controlled house and senate. So what is the difference between RINOs and liberals? Nothing, they are the same.

Back to hussein obama. In the face of criticism (not strong criticism as Boehner is a wimp)he mandated socialism via mandated healthcare. You will live under his rule for a long time to come. It wasn't something out of left field either. It came on strong and straight. And you swallowed it. JW, liberal socialist sheep povs, Mike D, and other liberals outthought, outdid, and out-accomplished so-called conservatives every inch of the way. They won. To the victor go the spoils. They are very victorious and have been for awhile.

Remember the guns in parks issue several months back in Blowing Rock? They (liberal socialists) did the same thing then as hussein obama did today. They organized, fought, thought, and snatched victory from so-called conservatives. They won an issue that gun owners traditionally did well on. The few gun owners that weren't too lazy to fight for their Constitutional Rights did a great job, but the color-coded liberals were the majority. A majority in a southern state known for personal responsibility and freedom. My, my how times have changed.

Cont'd from above

I can't think of one thing Republitards have done over the past 4 years to increase our freedom. The Heller victory was served up to us by a libertarian organization (Cato Institute). The contempt vote over Fast and Furious was started by conservative bloggers and forced so hard down Boehner's well worn throat that he had no choice but to allow the vote. So called conservatives Virginia Foxx and Richard Burr defrauded Watauga County sportsmen and women over 190 acres of prime land. So then people, we see the Republitard RINOs have DONE NOTHING (or in the case of the Blowing Rock Land Grab-sided with fringe left socialists).

You lose. You will continue to lose. Your willpower is shaken. Your lazy and incompetant. You swill the seeming safety of apathy. You are listless, uninspired, forlorn, and without a pivot point. You talk of grander times, but won't see to it that this is a grander time.

Liberal socialist sheep are creating and crafting a United States in the image they want it to be. They use political correctness as a weapon to keep you cowering and in fear of, of, of nothing. They are fearless. charismatic among themselves. Willing to take risks. Willing to piss you off. Willing to do what it takes to win.

Republitards aren't willing, and have not been willing for a long time, to do these things. This is why RINOs are the reason America is circling the drain - not liberal socialists. When RINOs, like the Watauga County Commissioners, (of course excepting hero Vince Gable) flounder in a sea of mediocrity for years without increasing, or winning back, what was lost under liberal socialists, it shows they are as big a part of the problem as liberal socialists.

One other thing lazy RINOs. More to come. They are emboldened now. You've just seen the very beginning of a long, long line of freedom destroying initiatives that lazy RINOs have no chance of stopping.

Do lazy RINOs have a tipping point of any sort? I've wondered this for years since the first Bush turned on gun owners. As of now, I don't see any one action rallying Republitards into action. They are too far gone. I just hope all the abuses that will come from socialism affect Republitards the worst and hardest.

WHAT LIBERALISM HATH WROUGHT. Four cops patrolling a community pool.. and everybody knows that is not enough???????
Near riots and assaults at a pool paid for by tax money?

Any people here over 30 remember there having to be police patrols at the neighborhood pool?

No, but I remember one that used to hang around the pool so he could look at the girls.

Anonymous said...

over 30 did your neighborhood pool have 1500 users at it all unsupervised with no issues ?

I am well past thirty and can not recall ever being anywhere in public with 1500 people that did not have supervision, from police, or security, or some authority.

Sarkazein said...

A'mouse- The lifeguards were the supervisors. The police are at this brooklyn pool to suppress violence, not to stop kids from running on the pool deck or to sit out for adult swim. I went to some big community pools as a kid, I don't remember lifeguards having to fight people and I don't remember EVER the police being called or the police flatfooting it around the pool.
Are you excusing the results of liberalism or denying the results? Hard to tell.

"Sark" you failed to answer the question I asked, in your Utopian view of the good old days, you know before those pinko states of Alaska and Hawaii were allowed to sully the USA.

Were you at any place in those glory years where 1500 people gathered with out some sort of authority figure there to maintain control?

Do you really think at any time or age 1500 people would all get along in harmony in the heat of summer at a pool or any place else?

When you go to a ball game at any major league sport there is a much large ratio of police public and private hired to patrol then 375 to 1.

I happen to have been a lifeguard at a pool and a beach in my younger years. We as lifeguards were not police. We were not hired to break up fights we were hired to protect people from drowning by the way.

Anonymous said...

Anonymous, yes, I was at places 30 years ago where 1500 or more people were present without police presence being seen if it was there at all.

If you were a lifeguard you were supposed to call the police if they were needed. The point is they weren't. That was as much your job as sitting on a chair, posing for girls.

What kind if liberal slum did you live in?

Anonymous said...

"Sark" you full of it. I am almost 50 years old and in my life i can think of no place where when 1500 people when left to their own rule was there not trouble.

I do not care what Utopian old work flat earth state you want to say your from. Human kind does not have a ratio of 1500 to 1 when it comes to knuckle head behavior never has never will.

In the heat of summer when tempers are short i do not see 2 park gaurds and two cops as out of line ot look to make sure or act as a deturance to sompne acting the fool or starting a fight.

Would you let your kid swim in a crowd of 1500 at a public pool when the odds were 375 to 1 they would get help if they needed it?

Never mind the real world doesn't apply to you. We all know by your recent posts your true nature as a bigot and a racist and a paranoid fool has come to show.

They are out to get you "Sark" believe it! Your tinfoil hat wont protect your ip address from being subpoenaed when they want to prove it was you . Just saying.

To anyone besides "sark" my comments on the pool were not lib or repub they were human nature based.

I don't think 1500 people at any event indoor or out church or bar can get along for long before a fight.

I have a hard time thinking the knucklehead factor among us is even 100 to 1 let alone 1500 to 1

Sounds like someone was the fat nonathletic kid who could not pass the swim tests to be a lifeguard to me?

If you were a lifeguard you were supposed to call the police if they were needed. The point is they weren't. That was as much your job as sitting on a chair, posing for girls.

What kind if liberal slum did you live in?

I was from a middle class town with a normal working class environment.

My job was to save lives and watch the pool or beach i was hired to work.

It was not to be a bouncer or a cop. If a lifeguard was breaking up fights and your kid or family member drowned you would sing a different story.

And yes i was in shape and yes i tried my best to look good for the girls. Sorry you were the one who got sand kicked on him while i ran to save someone or kicked over your chocolate milk saving someone at the pool. But your ego and milk were a pretty good trade off for someone not drowning and getting to live because i did my job.

Even now at my middle age i think back and can never remember anyone who was a lifeguard that was hired to break up fights or do any form of law enforcement. saving lives and possibly enforcement of beach and pool rules like no glass or loud music things of that nature.

Hey everyone look "Sark" found a typo in my post. The 1st sentence should read, Your full of it. Not [you] full of it.

"Sark" gets a gold star from Mommy to put on the refrigerator. He was the spelling cop for today and made a bust. Congratulations "Sark".

I still say he was the fat kid at the pool or beach who got sand kicked on him.

Sarkazein said...

A'mouse- No where in my comments did I write anything about your spelling. It is the content.

I am not even going to mention the word "your" should have been you're or you are. It is the content.
"The 1st sentence should read, Your full of it. Not [you] full of it." -A'mouse

The "fat kid with the sand kicked in his face" makes no sense either. It relates to nothing. Another example of liberals being incapable of drawing an analogy.

Anonymous said...

"Sark" you can rest assured Mommy is proud of you acting as the spelling and grammar police.

But no matter how many typos or grammatical errors you find in posts here, it does not change your envy of in shape non bigoted non racist lifeguards.

You should really let go of that jealousy from your youth. Or maybe you can join Johnny Menace To Society Whackamole in her works out reducing everything but her bust to help elevate your self esteem.
