The news story says Kay Baily-Hutchenson believes high capacity magazines should be outlawed. If Kay Baily-Hutchenson would say this, then it's a pretty safe bet that RINO Mitt Romney would too.

Discrimination has occured. The victims of the Sandy Hook tradgedy were predominately white. They recieve much media coverage. Black children killed by gunfire in Chicago recieve NO fanfare. Why the disparity. Why are white children getting attention over black children? The liberal news media is racist as is the hussein obama campaign, I mean administration.
I just returned from our yearly Christmas Eve Candlelight Service, it was beautiful and well attended, having 3 services today at 4, 7:30 and 11PM.
While there, seeing the congregation, the beautifully decorated church and listening to the excellent music and sermon I wondered about those who hate and despise Christians.
Why?
I guess it really isn't that hard to understand. Christmas celebrates life and redemption. There are those who, instead of celebrating birth promote abortion. Alot of abortions. Hard to celebrate the birth of Jesus when you've spent your life promoting the death of millions of the unborn.
When Christians believe in good and evil, others see them as judgmental, notably because they are doing something they shouldn't. The fact that christian philosophy and morality are the foundation of our society are a hindrance to them, who think all of that should be rewritten to condone their particular perversion(s).
All in all the biggest fault with Christians may be tolerance. Jesus didn't tolerate much. He judged them. He told them they were forgiven and TO SIN NO MORE, but that is too much for some people.
Our tolerance must be lessened for what evil there is trying to destroy our society and country.

Why would we remove the cap on Social Security? I pay enough into Social Security, and the free dip into personal income by liberals (who are already on some form of entitlement)is communism. Social Security was never meant to be a fully funded income for anyone. It is a supplement to retirement funds that should've been saved.
As it is now, resident aliens who loaned their social security cards out 30 years ago and remained in Mexico get to come into the U.S., naturalize (become a U.S. citizen, and collect social security even though they've never lived here. One of the biggest (and NEVER reported on) scams going.
That's why we don't need to lift the cap on social security. Typical for the left to want me to pay for fraud and laziness.

Liberal principals include trapping the poor into permanent poverty for political reasons by using entitlements, rewriting history so as to use it for political propaganda, creating costly inflated projects to pay off political debts instead of jobs, violating civil rights such as those guaranteed by the second Amendment creating a society totally dependent on a nanny state in order to increase and maintain their personal power,, and using voter fraud if they need to.
Conservative participles believe in the free market, a small federal government to keep it from getting out of control, the power of states rights, history the way it really happened, individual responsibility, helping those that need it but not those scamming the system, equality for everyone by letting a person advance as far as he is willing to put forth the effort to go, safe streets, schools, restaurants and other places where a person can exercise his civil rights to defend himself,and a truly healthy society.

We now have GOVERNORS calling for the outright confiscation of firearms. Governor Cuomo of New York State is calling for this very thing. And police departments in New York State and city are beginning discussions on how they will accomplish this. Police departments, sworn to uphold the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic, are making plans to crush 2nd Amendment Rights! Amazing. Then again, we have a large segment of society (conservatives) missing in action.

They came to Watauga County within the past 25 years from various cesspools throughout the east. Upon arrival they were fairly tolerant of the conservatives who lived in this county for hundreds of years. The liberals put on a good act in front of the naive locals by not pushing their liberal tendencies. But an interesting thing occured. They sent word to other liberals in other cesspools that they had found a utopia free of crime; schools free of violence, and a community based solution to problems.
Then something else happened. As other liberals began populating Watauga County, they did a strange thing. They brought the very beliefs, values, and customs that made the cesspool they left such a deplorable place to Watauga County! Why they did this will be an eternal question that true conservatives will wonder about for years. In aperiod of 2 decades, the locals, who spent 250 years making Watauga County a great place to live, were suddenly called bigots, racists, non-thinkers, etc (see povs broken record comments). And Watauga County began a somewhat rapid slide into cesspooldom.
Now, the liberals outnumber the conservative locals. Conservative locals, after spending 250 building a world class community, are ready to give up without a peep. Amazing. Those schools once free of violence are now rife with illegal alien gang members threatening physical violence on innocent children. Not a peep from liberals or so called conservatives.
No more pot belly stoves in gas stations for locals to stand around and gossip due to zoning laws brought to you by - you guessed it - liberal outsiders. No more community based schools like Cove Creek High School, Cranberry High School or Blowing Rock High School because liberal outsiders told you that a centralized high school was better. Not a peep from locals. You had around 270 years to build a home free of building inspectors. Now, you have a nanny state bureaucrat lord his/her "expertise" over you by telling you how and when you can build your own home on your own land. Not a peep from so called conservatives. Never mind you and your ancestors had no problems with the homes you built for 270 years.

My boyfriend has just bought the UFC. Watching the previews and pre-fight interviews I just noticed that former UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez has a large tattoo inked across his chest that says "Brown Pride". The Leftist media with Axelrod's guidance, turned two statements by Romney into "Romney hates woman" and "Romney cares nothing about the non-rich". The Press was brutal on Romney. Romney lost because of low-information voters, a slanted media, and many's fear of good and some who didn't fully understand the necessity of removing Obama from Office.
Sark, in my opinion, Romney lost because of the three million Republicans that thought he was to liberal and did not support him.
As I remember it, the points you made about woman and the "non Rich" are valid except they were applied to all Republicans, not just Romney. Not all of these Republicans lost. As a matter of fact most of the more conservative won.
I understand the building code enforcement officer in Blowing Rock has to be escorted to many residences these days by the police department. It started last year over a man who tried to install a propane generator in his basement. The code enforcement officer happened to be driving by and noticed a work crew doing work on private property. Without a warrant, the inspector entered the private residence to see what was going on. The inspector told the homeowner he was not allowed to install any type of generator on his property without a permit.
The poor fella applied for a permit, and hired a crew from North Wilkesboro to re-install the generator. The building inspector kept changing the parameters of what needed to be done costing the homeowner several thousand dollars. The homeowner finally had enough and physically threw the Blowing Rock Building Inspector (same one who was fired from Boone) off his property.
The police showed up and prevented the homeowner from having any contact with the inspector ON HIS OWN PROPERTY. Several thousand dollars later, on top of an arrest, the homeowner has a propane generator in his basement.
Conservatives, you have allowed this soft fascism to blossom by your inaction. This happens to citizens on an ever increasing basis as government bureaucrats solidify and expand their power over the masses. You dolts DESERVE the building inspector to disrespect you on your own property while police herd you onto your sofa, force you to sit down, and threaten you with arrest for so much as speaking. Welcome to what you've created. Are you conservatives proud?

The Grandfather Mountain Scenic Area is being pushed hard by the left who wants the Pisgah National Forest as their backyard preserve. Hunters and private property owners beware - hunting on the Pisgah as well as access to private land could be affected if this dangerous expansion of government powers takes place.

Fiscal Cliff? What fiscal cliff? We took the leap long ago when we mortgaged our grandchildren's futures via granting ourselves large portions of the public till. From civil servant's pensions to welfare for illegal aliens to unsustainable Social Security - we are past the point of no return. We print fake money to make up the difference, but that will have to come to an end one of these days. Inflation is a word economists NEVER use these days. With the Federal Reserve running printing presses at record rates, inflation is the inevitable result. When it hits is the question.
As for the manufactured fiscal cliff bantied about by so called news agencies to shift your short attention spans from more pressing problems (gun bans, etc), it will pass in one form or another. My bet is unemployment benefits won't end. Let me say it again. Unemployment benefits for lazy Americans will be extended in the next couple of weeks.
No way the liberals will allow Americans to turn on illegal aliens for jobs. Those illegal aliens represent VOTES my friends!! The illegal aliens working at Chetola, Blowing Rock Country Club, and the construction company building the road on 321 will not be put out of work by Americans looking for jobs. Funny how BLACK basketball player Gilbert Arenas was arrested and served a lengthy felony sentence for handgun possession in DC even though police never actually caught him with those guns. I was studying mobsters of the 20th Century earlier today realizing that mobster controlled sections of the city were virtually crime free. Crime in mafia controlled sections of New York, Cleveland, or Chicago was virtually non-existant unless of course you were another mobster or business owner.
Take those same neighborhoods today - we see them filled with violence, gangs, and filth. How is it the mafia could clean a section of the city and cops cannot? Many former residents of Little Italy in NYC recall leaving cars and homes unlocked while at work. Car theives or theives in general didn't last long in such areas. Those same areas, now, are a far cry from what it used to be.
Again, how is it that police cannot do as good a job as the mafia in controlling crime? Hispanic gangs control large sections of Northeastern cities these days. Do you think Albert Anathesia or Frankie Carbo or the Genovese family would allow MS-13 to become established in areas where they are now? I would rather have the Mafia in control rather than violent gangs full of illegal aliens. At least the mafia conducted themselves with respect and pinache.
Can't wait to hear what the idiotic liberals have to say about this. What a bunch of non-thinking, racist, bigoted, elitest dolts.

PS Reminds me of the changes that have taken place here in Watauga County. Before the liberal socialists moved in, there was little crime, code enforcement officer, or other unlawful or unconstitutional activity. And there was very little law enforcement back then - people took personal responsibility to keep the community clean. Now we have crime, unlawful and unconstitutional activity taking place on a regular basis. Then again, illegal alien gangs like MS-13 and liberal socialists like povs, Mike D(ummy), Matt, PLOP! and Happily Dumb have much in common. LOL!

Do you see how the unemployment benefits are posted well within the article without any fanfare? They don't want you to know they are in a near panic over unemployment benefits for lazy Americans. If those benefits expire, Americans start looking at illegal aliens as competition.
If anything is extended regarding fiscal cliff, it will be unemployment benefits. Let's hope the idiot republitard politicians block it somehow, but I doubt it. Wouldn't it be juicy to see Americans after jobs that Mexicans are doing!!!!!

Uh oh...the news this morning says demoturds and republitards are "absurdly close" to reaching a deal on the fiscal cliff. LOL!!! Included in this deal is an extension of unemployment benefits for one year!!! So easy to see this deal will go through - the media is making a fuss over it, but there is no way liberals would allow unemployment benefits to expire for Americans.
As I've said before, if unemployment benefits expire for lazy Americans, illegal aliens will be expunged from this country by the millions. How do we have 8% unemployment when 20 million illegal aliens are gainfully employeed (the other 20 million are on welfare)? The answer is UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS for Americans.

The president (notice lower case) is speaking. I watched his set-up crew staging people in the background and was struck by the political correctness of it all. We have what liberals think to be the approrpiate numbers of blacks, women, black women, hispanics and middle easterners.
I feel slighted though. I don't see an Asian in the backdrop. I have many Asian friends and feel like the administration is biased towards Asains. Also, American Indians. I don't see any American Indians in the background either. Why is the administration so biased against some minorities while favoring others? This is sickening.
