You left out Chicago, Democrat gun deaths by the thousands.

Maybe Chicago rates higher in stabbing deaths and beat to deaths which do not register on the Democrat radar as it is a more acceptable form of murder in their view.

A gay black man has committed a hate crime in Virginia by shooting a news reporter and cameraman. Faxed a 23 page manifesto to ABC news clearly saying why he did it. Can we ban the gay rainbow flag?

No.

Typical liberal. Thinks he gets to make all the decisions because everybody else is too stupid to think for themselves or know what is right. Doesn't even give support for his answer -- just a dictator-like, "no." If a hate crime committed in South Carolina can launch a cultural purge in the south and the removing of the confederate flag, I see no reason that a hate crime committed in Virginia cannot be used as justification for banning the "new" sign of intolerance and persecution -- the gay rainbow flag.

A simple question requires a simple answer. Which part of "No" do you need explained?

I am more curious as to your mindset. Why do YOU think you have the authority to answer in so definitive a fashion? Are you God? Are you Supreme Ruler of the World? Do you have ANY authority whatsoever? No. Your opinion does not matter because you are inconsequential. The hypocrisy of your position on this issue is amusing.

From the shooter's "manifesto" faxed to ABC:

“Why did I do it? I put down a deposit for a gun on 6/19/15. The Church shooting in Charleston happened on 6/17/15…”

“What sent me over the top was the church shooting. And my hollow point bullets have the victims’ initials on them."

“As for Dylann Roof? You (deleted)! You want a race war (deleted)? BRING IT THEN YOU WHITE …(deleted)!!!”

A deranged individual murders people in cold blood in South Carolina and the response is a cleansing of the south - removing of confederate flags, threats to dig up the remains of Confederate generals, and indictment of an entire group of people.

A deranged individual murders people in cold blood in Virginia -- no big deal; just a deranged individual. Can't indict an entire group of people based on the actions of a single deranged individual. No hypocrisy? Ha!

Your short quips and snotty attitude will not cover up the fact that you cannot defend your own hypocrisy. That's why you're being so snarky in your responses, no? Hope to cover up your inadequacies with insults and derision. You make me laugh!

Anonymous 8:14 PM- Again, well written. By all accounts, liberals should be taking down Rainbow flags and burning them. Will any liberals come up with a chant against the shooter... or will they blame the gun like Hillary and the Virginia governor already did.

The lefties won't let women, the elderly or veterans have guns to defend themselves but will let Iran get nukes.

Why do we let them control anything?

If the rainbow flag was flying over the statehouse, then, I would say it should be removed. But banned, no.

Under the banner of what is dishonestly called a gay pride or gay “rights” flag, hate, fascism, and intolerance has festered for years, specifically against Christians and conservatives. Under the auspices of a “rights and equality” symbol, Leftists have been on a rampage to take way the rights of others through bullying, lies, and online terrorism.

The list of misdeeds and victims resulting from an increasingly emboldened Big Gay Hate Machine continues to grow.

Under this banner of hate, people are outed against their will, terrorized out of business merely for being Christian, bullied and harassed for thoughtcrimes; moreover, “hate crimes” are being manufactured to keep us divided, Christians are refused service, death threats are hurled, and Christianity is regularly smeared as hate speech.

If individuals wish to fly this symbol of hate, oppression and bigotry on their own property, that is their choice in a free country. It is unconscionable, however, that this symbol of intolerance is allowed to fly above government-owned buildings.

The symbol of bigots who seek to strip others of their First Amendment right to practice their religion has no place on government grounds.

P.S. I’m also in favor of removing the Rebel Flag from the grounds of the South Carolina Capitol. Equivalence is not the issue here. Hate and intolerance is.

The leading cause of gun deaths are gun owners.
