See Anonymous 3:56 PM on Hillary and Bernie lead the Children post. Sometimes readers ask me why I don’t just delete such nutty comments. But I want us all to be aware there are people that deranged that really exist out there.

If Ben Carson's "misguided youth" helped form the man he is today, then it was all worth it. Nobody died.

trump said of Ben Carson that he is incurable and pathological and not fit to be President because of something he wrote about himself from his youth. THEN, he was selectively outraged that someone on CRUZ's staff said Carson was pulling out of the race and "gallantly" came to Carson's defense.

I too was once a youth. In 12th grade government class, the teacher had talked about how the Vietnamese might be better off living under Communism. As this was the height of the Vietnam War 1968, and I was 17 pushing 18, that made sense to me. That evening, my father and one his friends were sitting around the dinner table talking current events and the VN War. I expressed my newly found belief about how Communism might be better for some.... Oppps! A short lived opinion for sure.

Most of these misguided youths will change if the American dream has not been ruined for ever. The government made it easy for everyone to borrow as much money as they needed to go to college. The colleges raised their tuitions as they knew students would borrow all they needed to complete college. When the financially indebted grads finally realize Obamacare is keeping them from getting good paying jobs, and they owe so much money because of loose government guaranteed loans, they will come around and abandon their Socialist dreams of Utopia... if it's not too late.
