Obama to Indoctrinate School Children into Supporting his Progressive Agenda

WHERE WE HAVE HEARD THIS BEFORE"
WAS IT "HAIL TO OUR BELOVED LEADER CHAIRMAN MAO".
OR WAS IT "HAIL TO OUR BELOVED LEADER KIM JONG"
OR WAS IT ""HAIL TO OUR BELOVED PAPA DOC"
SOMEHOW IT SOUNDS FAMILIAR

Sometime back I posted on a thread that Mr. Obama's civilian corps was analogous with Hitler's brown shirts and would be combined with something like the Hitler youth. POV, as usual, disagreed. I have been vindicated.

The weird thing about all of this is the dropping of "Ask not what you can do....yadayada. It is changed to the person, Obama. The kids sing about Obama in the pre-election. Before it was about COUNTRY and the Constitution...now it's about Obama the person.
It has been reported about the art work portraying in a way to enhance his image as a leader. Not a photographic picture portrait, but artistic creative portraits being displayed.
One of the art portraits even showed him with a human size neck and less ear. We are used to caricatures exaggerating a Presidents features, but this is new to a non-dictatorship type country.

Panel members on Fox tonight called the content of Obama's lesson plans "creepy." That is exactly how they struck me.

The progressive agenda has been in our school systems for many years now. The only difference now is that it is being done in the open by the usual air of indifference we see in radical leftists. Take hunting and guns. The "progressives' have demonized stories concerning hunting and guns even though both are engrained both culturely and constitutionally within society. Why is it no longer ok for boys to bring their shotguns to shop class to refinish the stocks as was done 25 years ago? Why are children's stories devoid of hunting as subject matter (unless it is anti-hunting)?

The liberals have long been at our children and they might have won were it not for watchful parents who are sure to instill values within their children regardless of what "educators" think or say.

Notice the liberal Allan has little to add to the debate. He mocks and laughs at the others yet offers no rebuttal to speak of. These are real concerns and the liberal treats it like it is nonsense.

GOP (Grumpy Old People) Know Nothings and Rush Groupies.

Here's another example of Know Nothings and extreme sillines.

POV, what is the example to which you are referring? Back up your statement with facts.

Congratulations! You managed a complete sentence this time, even though it meant nothing.

Guy

The silliness and classic Know Nothings is getting all upset about The President Of The United States making a twenty minute speech to school asking them to stay in school and reach for their greatest potential.

Obama is a shinning example of a young black man from a single parent home ( where the potential drops out often come ) has used education to reach the highest office in the land and made history doing so.

Now if you sorry human beings can't acknowledge that Obama who was not deal the best hand but has played his cards well by getting an outstanding education, then hate radio has stole your souls.

POV- He has a self-proclaimed Communist as a paid advisor, he went to the church of a known America hating racist, he kept company with a terrorist and a land swindler.
The last time he spoke to school kids he told them about his drug history in school. I wouldn't want him any where near the school kids. He's rated R... parental guidance.

The conservative reaction to this may be a good thing because all kids are going to pay far more attention now.

The maybe like the conservatives trying to ban rock and roll in the lake 50s.

How did that work out.

Keep being silly I think it's working.

Right POV, Rock & Roll, Ayers the terrorist, it's all the same. Did you dive for that pearl of wisdom in the deep end of the think tank?

uh huh, or like the liberal socialists (you and your saviour Hussein Obama) trying to ban guns today. Or maybe like Pam and Dr Williamson (fellow socialist sheep) banning opposing viewpoints on Watauga Watch).

You only have to look inward to see a prime example (or many) of what you are talking about.

I was at a dinner last night for the Hurricane Ike one year later party at a neighbor's house. The one most outspoken liberal brings up the topic of the Obama school children address. Right off the bat she tries to say it is a racial thing. Since he is black, conservatives don't approve of him and if it was a white President, there would be no problem. She has school age children. There was about 12 at the table.
I said: " He is pushing Socialism on our country, he has a Communist racist close advisor, he spent 20 years in a hate Whitey and America church, he socializes with known unrepentant terrorists, and he tells students about his drug use.
Some people just don't want their kids exposed to that kind of person, would you? What are you saying, all blacks are that way?" She babbled out something about "better than someone who sends all our kids to Afghanistan to die" which really didn't make any sense, and the "Anybody who doesn't like Obama is a racist" conversation was dead. Hopefully she got it.
Of course I got the obligatory knee below the table from my wife. But that pretty much ended it.

Yeah, we're good at that. But in the back of our mind, we are usually saying good job; I love being married to you.

BikerBard said...

This is an absurd issue. Did you complain when George H.W. Bush did the same? Precedence was established. He is our President and has a message for kids. See politicheck.org for your approval.

YOU are CREATING the very fear you then rail against (self-fulfilling prophecy.) YOU are making this political. YOU are ignorant.

Keep your children home. Remain ignorant and teach your children the same. They don't stand a chance anyway. Don't raise a THINKING child, create a suspicious and fearful one.

"My Daddy was a Republican, I'm a Republican, and my kids will be Republicans."

Political inbreeding.

Gregg said...

BikerBard, is that the best you got? You go back 18 years and claim you know what our reaction was? I can tell you that Democrats raised hell about it but I don't recall parents across the country rising up in opposition. I guess they are now because of Rush and Fox. Maybe people are realizing that Obama is a radical. This is not an opinion, the emperical evidence is overwhelming.

BB-

Leave out all of the reality, and you would be right. The Socialism, the known associates, the discussion of his drug use with school kids, the apologizing for America, it is all reality. I know Bush 41 and believe me BB, he's no Bush 41.

Remember what these conservatives think they know just ain't so.

Remember Sarah Palins is their role model and if her kid can get knocked up by the local red neck drop out then it must be a liberal's fault.

Conservatives don't learn from mistakes because they don't make any.

Obama's speech could keep 100s of thousands of students from dropping out and these fools would see it as added cost to taxpayers to fund education.

The Know Nothings ( Conservatives ) are anti education.

The real silliness is Obama is going to brain wash the nations kids in twenty minutes. Damn he must be good.

Blogger you should be ashamed to call yourself educated and go along with such nonsense.

The comedians will get lots of joke out of this.

You see why your kind cannot be trusted to talk without parental guidance. You are warped, and not in a good way. Only with the light shining on Obama's school speech has made the weasel change it.

Please someone, anyone, help Lib out. Is there a Liberal out there that can debate the facts honestly? Enlighten us!

There does not exist a far left liberal that can do as you ask. An old school liberal that wants to reach the same goal as does most of America might be able to debate the path by which to get to the destination, but not a far left one that wants the travel the path to Socialism.

Why is it that Liberal Socialist Sheep POV throws the term Redneck around without pause? Isn't that racist as well as stereotypical? Is a redneck a bad person? If so, then please define how and why rednecks are bad people.

This comes from the same hypocritical leftist pawn who attempted to indicate the term negro was racist over on Watauga Watch until someone asked if, because the term Negro was racist, if the Negro College Fund was a racist charity. LOL! You could actually feel POVs spincter tighten up on that one!! LOL!!!! POV and the other racist, fringe left wannabes never did come up with an answer for that one!!!!

So, POV, what do you have to say for yourself now that you have been identified as a dyed in the wool racist? Perhaps your cheerleader, Tricycle Lard, could come up with a cheer for you.

When Bush spoke to students, Democrats investigated, held hearings
By: BYRON YORK

The controversy over President Obama's speech to the nation's schoolchildren will likely be over shortly after Obama speaks today at Wakefield High School in Arlington, Virginia. But when President George H.W. Bush delivered a similar speech on October 1, 1991, from Alice Deal Junior High School in Washington DC, the controversy was just beginning. Democrats, then the majority party in Congress, not only denounced Bush's speech -- they also ordered the General Accounting Office to investigate its production and later summoned top Bush administration officials to Capitol Hill for an extensive hearing on the issue.
Unlike the Obama speech, in 1991 most of the controversy came after, not before, the president's school appearance. The day after Bush spoke, the Washington Post published a front-page story suggesting the speech was carefully staged for the president's political benefit. "The White House turned a Northwest Washington junior high classroom into a television studio and its students into props," the Post reported.

Sarakein Thanks for the article on Bush's education speech. All week long I have been hearing on the government controlled media that all presidents give these education speeches. They all include President Bush, yet not one of them had your information in their reports.

They are a bunch of slime balls.
