Keep selling fear and helping achieve the goal of the terrorist in frightening the American Public.

Rove and O'Reilly are assisting in with the same objective of Osama Bin Ladin in generating fear when courage is what is needed to defeat terrorism.

Terrorism is a tactic, stop assisting that tactic.

Be real Americans and quit cowering. Damn Chicken Hawks Rush,Rove, Cheney and O'Reilly

It all boils down to radical liberalism. It can only be defended in theory and not in reality.
This is why there are so many radical Leftist professors, liberalism only works in classrooms and in books, but not in the real world.
Holder/Obowma are now in the real world.

As this post/Grahams comments were addressing actions by AG Holder/Obowma, your comment can only be translated as AG Holder/Obowma are attempting to terrorize America with their actions

POV is proof that the Obama administration has helped further terrorism and those that support them. POV says that the thousands killed on 9/11 should be dismissed along with the uncountable number of future victims. It is all right for them to commit any acts they wish as long as we do not do anything of which POV disapproves. Terrorism is a tactic. Pov supports and is an accomplice to this tactic.

Guy

I know your slow so let me rephrase for you.

Terrorism is a tactic to create fear and panic within a large population by a small number of extremist to achieve a political objective.

Those on the right have been assisting the spread of that fear at every opportunity instead of incouraging public courage and resistance. The obsession of revenge and make me safe is not our best tactic to respond. Public courage is the primary tool needed to make terriorism ineffectivefollowed by good police work and measured military action.

Many of those behind the spread of that fear are chicken hawks Rush, O"Reilly, Rove, Rumsfelt and Cheney.
Al Qeada could not have inflicted the damage done to this country with attacks we have done in ourselves in response to 9/11.
We have gotten close to 5000 men and women killed. We have 30,000 severely wounded. We have shamed ourselves with torture and human rights abuse. We have wasted 2-4 trillion dollars and nearly destroying our economy.
AlQeada is likely stronger than ever with your help.
Have some courage Guy.

AG Ashcroft said AG Holder has no legal standing to move terrorists from Military to civilian court.
So it is either Obowma's decision or it is AG Holder's and Obowma's lie or ignorance.
This is why he could not answer Lindsey Grahams's question. All previous AGs and Presidents were not so deceitful or ignorant.

guy faulkes said...

Obama's apology tour, his hesitancy on Afghanistan, and the return to the pre-9/11 mentality exhibited by many including traitors that actively support terrorism will cause many other costly terrorist acts in this country. These traitors such as POV will have the blood of these innocent victims on their hands. We will then have to start the process of containing these terrorists all over again. POV and his conspirators will also have the blood of the many servicemen that have already given their lives to combat terrorism and those that will have to do so in the future. I do not see how POV can live with himself.

I am beginning to see how POV can be such an ardent supporter of abortion. One murderer may have empathy for another.

Or are you one of those silly little libertards who doesn't really buy into the very non-discrimination laws promulgated by your own party? In past threads you have also drawn reference to the gay people as if being a gay person was somehow beneath you. Is this true? So yo demean women like me and secretly feel being gay is an insult? Wow!! I have had relations with other women from time to time; does this upset you or make you uncomfortable? You should check your feelings and troubling speech patterns at the "power on" switch. Lindsey Graham came to prominence as a "House Manager" during the Clinton impeachment. He was great then (although I'm now inclined to look up his vote) and was great with Holder. He's a JAG and this stuff is right up his ally.

He has helped our country and the party for what seems like common sense. This was big. The AG dragged down for hearings and drilled by Graham made news, sound bytes ensued. Graham's penchant for sucking up to the left has actually given him needed credibility on this issue. Damage was done to Holder and by extension Obama. Unfortunately the trial is still on.

Mr. Graham is in trouble back home. The Legislature even threatened to censor him for his support of cap and trade. He's a McCain sycophant, big time.

How can someone be so right on with his very public criticism and at the same time be such a weasel?

guy faulkes said...

This thread has taken an interesting turn. As Rico has indicated, there is a huge double standard among liberals.

They indicate they are the tolerant end of the spectrum, but they disprove it every day by their actions. They say they support homosexuals, but they attack Patrick McHenry with anti-gay accusations. BB has been accused of being gay by many members of two separate blogs, but appears to take offense at the accusations. If he was tolerant of homosexuals, the accusations would not matter.

Liberals indicate they want equality for all. They support affirmative action that gives some people preferential treatment over others. We are not considered equal citizens of the United States. Instead we are Afro-Americans, Hispanic Americans, etc. It is interesting that the concept of diversity appears to only go one way.

The most telling example of this double standard is the abortion issue. A woman's "right to choose" takes prescience over a child's right to live or a father's right to his offspring.

If you want to discuss discrimination, the group most discriminated against in this country are white, religious, heterosexual, male, working class, people. An even more discriminated sub set can be achieved by adding "that live in the south".

Back on topic: Mr. Graham is indeed a liberal. However, the Obama administration and its policies are so ridiculous, not even he can support them. His disagreements with these policies are therefore more telling as one expects him to fall in line. He is a weasel, but there are some things even a weasel cannot condone.

Darn you HD, now I have to apologize to weasels everywhere for the insulting comparison.

After the shellacking you have just recieved, this is all you can come up with? How do you even take yourself seriously? My guess is you have certain problems that hamper your ability to fully integrate within society. You are incomplete in some way unknown to us. To compensate, you try and place yourself on a judgement pedestal in which you make it appear you are superior to all others. Because we are tolerant conservatives, we tolerate you and allow you to spout your stupidity without banning you. I would even care to venture a guess that you aren't really liked by your own which is one reason you are here. Now Watauga Watch on the other hand has to ban those that give differing viewpoints. LOL! Also, it is quite evident you did not have a father figure in your life. That is too bad. Your intimidation at being referenced as a homosexual, libertard, or other truism has its roots in the fact you were left to fend for yourself during your formulative years. Your correspoinding compensation for lack of a father figure is to take offense to that which you fear or don't understand. Tricyle, I do feel bad at folks who started at a disadvantage. I also think it is important to realize life does not have to be this way. It is changeable even at this late juncture. Give it a try and free yourself from your ills. Finding God is a good place to start, but is by no means the only way. Do something that makes you feel good about yourself. Join big brothers, big sisters. Take a kid hunting. The point is to do something. As much as we disagree (due to you being wrong on everything), as a fellow human I truly do wish the best for you. You deserve to live a happy life as do all here. Does this include an anti bulling law?

Adoption rights?

Patrick McHenry is attacked because of his gross hypocrisy not his sexual orientation.

POV, I do not care if you call it marriage or a civil union. They have equal legal implications.

What brought up bullying? What is the definition of bullying? Do you support children being able to use their right to defend themselves physically from an attacking bully? Should the no tolerance position just be for the initial aggressor? What do you think of what I was taught before I went to school? Never start a fight and never run from one.

You are being less than truthful (lying) when you say the attacks against McHenry on Watauga Watch were about hypocrisy. They attacked his sexuality. I do not know his sexual preference nor do I care. Neither do the conservatives that elect him to office. So much for liberals being the tolerant entity.

Rico brought to the attention of Watauga Watch and this blog her dissatisfaction with Ms. Foxx's handling of the Blowing Rock Land Trade. I agreed with Rico that she handled this poorly. You will never learn that conservatives expect their representatives to do just that, represent them. We want people that represent our thoughts and policies. Liberals want leaders to tell them what to think. This is why so many refer to liberals as sheep.

"Background Information
Take action to stop bullying and harassment in our schools!

Here are some key reasons to support House Bill 1366, the School Violence Prevention Act.

Students have a right to a sound basic education, but too often bullying and harassment interferes with that right.
Bullying that goes unaddressed also contributes to more severe violence, like school shootings. A study by the U.S. Secret Service indicates that a history of bullying was a factor in three-quarters of school shootings in recent years.
Because they feel unsafe, victimized youth are pushed out of schools and into high-risk behavior. These youth are more likely to skip school, drop out, engage in substance abuse, or worse.
Every student deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Physical appearance, sexual orientation, and gender identity are the three most frequent reasons for bullying and harassment in schools, yet these types of bullying are often overlooked by school personnel.
This bill protects ALL students from bullying, and its inclusion of enumerated categories will provide clear direction to teachers, administrators, and students about the scope of the law. Teachers want clear policies that will give them the backing they need to address problems in the classroom and on the playground.
While harassment of any kind is unacceptable and should be dealt with quickly, firmly, and with appropriate consequences and remedies, certain groups of people have suffered systematic institutional prejudice, and discrimination and as a result are at a disproportionate risk of being the target of harassment and violence.
Strong laws against bullying and harassment are a growing trend. Just this March, Iowa became the tenth state to adopt an anti-bullying law including sexual orientation."

Those in college that have a concealed carry permit, yes, certainly. It would prevent tragedies such as Virginia Tech. Those that are to young still have a right to defend themselves. Teachers that have concealed carry permits should be allowed to carry in elementary and high schools.

Not everyone feels that terrorists or bullies should be given a free reign over the rest of us. As a matter of fact, you are one of the few I have ever communicated with that supports terrorism and bullies.

Also, POV your accusation of Bushrod Gentry plagiarizing his post by using cut and paste is ludicrous. I know you are not very well educated and have trouble communicating with those that have even a modicum of education, but you really need to try to understand the principle of sarcastic comment. I bet you think "Gulliver's Travels" was a group of children's stories and not political satire. (This assumes you know what "Gulliver's Travels" is.) You might want to go back and read other posts by Mr. Gentry. His "What Obama Really Said" posts were classic and much funnier than those on the " What liberals really mean" segments on Foxx news. AS for the rest of your post, yawn, ho hummmmm..... especially the part about Bush's war that has kept us from being attacked until the Obama apology tour and hesitancy over Afghanistan emboldened the terrorist at Fort Hood. "Take action to stop bullying and harassment in our schools!"

Another stupid statement coming from a stupid socialist sheep. Ask yourself (like you have the brains to be able to talk to yourself) why there was not a bullying problem prior to 2009.

Perhaps if we imposed corporal punishment on children it would straighten them out in school. There are no punishment systems capable of grabbing the attention of out of control children.

And we should teach our children the value of taking up for themselves. Hard to bully someone trained not to be bullied now isn't it.

What I see here is the Nintendo/XBox/Sega generation clashing with the extreme tail end of the generation who still played outside, built forts in the woods, hunted with a family hound, etc...

As the parents and teachers continue to allow children to do as they please the problems will only get worse.

And the one common denominator in all this are the liberal socialist sheep policies that started it all. "Don't whip kids". "Too much libility for kids to play on the playground". "No fighting for anyone-even the kid getting picked on" and "guns and hunting are bad".

That sure doesn't leave a lot for our kids, but the liberal socialist sheep can't seem to smell the pile of dukey they have left society with.
