Justice John Paul Stevens, dissenting from the main holding, said, "The court's ruling threatens to undermine the integrity of elected institutions around the nation."

I'm in full agreement with Justice Stevens, our political system is broken and this ruling further breaks it.

We have just witnessed 20 years of corporate greed with socialism for corporate royalty and harsh capitalism for the working masses ( 30%+ interest rates, expensive banking fees, low wages, reduced worker benefits, contract labor).

The media is not controlled by liberal or conservative but corporate interest.

Working people, freedom and demoracy will not be served by this decision.

Obama attempts to increase the American divide. The
moron moves to give certain groups special favors in the health-care bill, then tries to destroy confidence in the Supreme Court (as President), by not just disagreeing with the decision, but by chastising their competency. I can definitely see him having a mental breakdown in office as he tries to
make his unrealistic academic view of the world work.

Sark, I couldn't listen to all his malarkey, but did read it...and he's one ticked off president.

I don't know how to feel about it, but I guess the big boys can go up against the unions now.

Unions have no power left, that's why the American standard of living is going down sharply.
Only those with corporate royalty see things getting better.

Unions have less power than they used to because they have driven many manufacturing jobs oversee. Hence their immoral cutthroat back room deals with the Obama administration to trade votes for power and money.

Overseas. I should not try to type in the middle of the night.

Guy

Unions have less power because of Reagan's union busting.
Life for the middle class has been declining ever sence whether you ever worked for a union or not.
