Visit HCpress.com to view responses from the Board of Education candidates.

Also we are now accepting letters to the editor. So far we have only one from Deb Greene on the NRSA scandal.

As a candidate for the board of education, I would like to see letters and/or comments from citizens regarding our public schools. What issues would you like to see addressed? What changes or improvements would you like to see made (from the bottom up including the board itself)? Do you have any cost savings ideas that you would like to share with potential board members?

Glad to see the HCP back. After a long drought of journalism and ability to have letters to editor published, we are starving for news and ready to let it rip. We are eager to hear from Jesse. We sure have missed you guys. We must confess, we were concerned about the prospects of the future of our county. A lot of people were lamenting over the loss of news. You don't know how many people we saw looking for a copy of the Press. Thanks Ken, glad you're back. And, will be advertising with you soon.
