Why Democrats Get Elected.......

"When the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act was under debate in the Supreme Court last year, Justice Samuel Alito highlighted a problem with ObamaCare that could ultimately jeopardize the entire viability of the system of insurance exchanges. He pointed out that young, healthy adults currently spend an average of $854 a year on healthcare. However, ObamaCare would require them to purchase insurance policies expected to cost roughly $5,800. These added costs do not stem from additional "services that they are going to consume," he stated. "The mandate is forcing these people to provide a huge subsidy to the insurance companies... to subsidize services that will be received by somebody else." from The Week

So small a part of the Democrat brain it is undetectable. The biggest tax hike ever in the history of tax hikes. Of course these young people will not be able to afford the premium/tax so they will have to go on Medicaid and be subject to lifestyle audits by the IRS.

Because Democrats aren't status quo politicians like Republitards. I detest most Democrats, but over the past 2 years have come to detest RINO, status quo Republitards even more. Take the gun control debate. You know what a Democrat is going to do every single time. They are going to push for every single liberty robbing gun control law they can EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Republicans, once a counter-balance, don't do the same. Republicans don't increase our freedoms, they just don't take them away (well some RINOs like McCain have officially switched sides). This status quo effect as I, Johnny Rico, have trademarked it, is the SAME as taking liberty away. You either are or your are not.

The gun rights legislation which rests at the State House is something the RINO Republitards just wish would go away. Republican Thom Tillson spent the past 4 years dodging the gun lobby, and was finally forced to take on the current gun rights bill. Smooth sailing until the Sheriff's Association protested, and now no one knows if the Republicans will closet the bill into some committee or another.

Why am I worried about a Republitard tabling a pro-rights bill? I shouldn't be worried, but here we are. And you want to know why Demoturds keep getting elected. Maybe it's because they don't turn on their base.

The Watauga County Commissioners are another example. They do not increase our freedoms, EVER, and in fact considered raising my taxes! With the exception of dolts like Thursdum or Nobody, who in the world would vote for status quo Republitards like the Watauga County Commmissioners. Fight for my rights and I'll vote for you. Don't, and we have what is going on now - I'll openly campaign against you.

Watauga County Commissioners - if you dolts are really conservative, then how about asking liberal socialist lynn hagaman why he wants to retain the arbitrary power to ALLOW you or I to purchase a pistol.

Pretty easy to understand how and why liberal socialists keep getting elected.

Obama postpones the Obamacare "train wreck", until after the 2014 mid-term election. Could he be any more devious. He now makes Nixon and Clinton look like choir boys. A true despot. The mindless Democrats won't/don't care.

Yesterday the Obama Administration announced it would be delaying implementation of the costly ObamaCare Employer Mandate. Congresswoman Foxx had this to say: “Employers need more than a one year delay of ObamaCare’s coming train wreck. The President’s flawed legislation must be repealed in its entirety. ObamaCare is already increasing health care costs, depressing hiring and destroying full-time work. Waiting a year to implement some of its confusing, wrong-headed policies will not stop the damage or provide job creators with the certainty they need to figure out whether they can afford to keep their employees. That will come only when ObamaCare is replaced by competitive, patient-centered health care reforms. The American people and the American economy deserve better than excuses for unworkable laws. They deserve health care policies that are transparent, responsive and focused on them.”
