Death by Guillotine

Nancy Pelosi passed legislation that makes it legal to execute people via guillotine, all under the guises of Obamacare. Read it! Code ICD 9 E978. It's all right there! Public information! 

Here's the fun part. 

Code ICD 9 E978 sounds official and scary. But it's a just medical coding system. 

The International Classification of Diseases is a global classification system used for epidemiological, medical, and public health purposes - published by the WHO. ICD 9 is the ninth version of the coding system. (The current is ICD 10). And ICD 9 was published in 1977, ten years before Nancy Pelosi was elected to Congress. 

Simply put, if you go to the hospital for typical appendicitis, the ICD 9 code for billing would be 540.0. It tells health information managers what your diagnosis(es) were and the severity therein. It also helps public health researchers track disease incidence/prevalence and outbreaks. 

And E978? It's the code for legal execution, "executions performed at the behest of the judiciary or ruling authority." 

Hardly a Deep State conspiracy - just a code for the way you died. 

For someone who screams "DO THE RESEARCH!!!" so often, we're a little surprised that Kevin didn't do a simple Google search here. Well.....not that surprised.
